Champagne Cocktail Recipes
MOËT POMEGRANATE DROP
6 oz. Moët Nectar
1 Raw sugar cube
Pomegranate juice
1 orange twist
Soak the sugar cube in pomegranate
juice and drop into a chilled
Champagne flute. Add Moët.
IMPÉRIAL MANGO
3 oz. Moët Nectar
1/2 oz. Mango nectar
Splash of Grand Marnier
Splash of fresh lime juice
Splash of simple syrup
Garnish: Mango spear
Shake all ingredients except for Moët
in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain
MOËT BELLINI
3 oz. Moët Nectar
1 oz. Peach Nectar
Squeeze of 1 lime wedge
Shake all ingredients except for
Moët in a cocktail shaker with ice,
strain into a chilled Champagne
flute and add Moët.
MOËT MOJITO
3 1/2 oz. Moët
1/2 oz. 10 Cane Rum
3/4 oz. Simple syrup
1/4 oz. Lime juice
10 Mint leaves
Garnish: Lemon grass stalk & lime wheel
Shake all ingredients except for Moët
in a cocktail shaker with ice, pour into
a Riedel O glass and top with Moët.
MOËT ELDERFLOWER FIZZ
3 oz. Moët
3/4 oz. Elderflower cordial
1/2 oz. Premium gin
Garnish: Flower
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with
ice. Strain into a chilled Champagne
flute and top off with an additional
splash of Moët. Add the garnish.
IMPÉRIAL MARTINI
3 oz. Moët
1 oz. Chopin Vodka
Garnish: Lemon twist
Shake the Chopin in a cocktail shaker
with ice. Strain into a chilled Martini
glass. Add Moët. Squeeze the lemon
twist, rub it along the rim of the glass,
and drop it into the drink.
MOËT VELVET SMOKE
3 oz. Moët
Rinse ice with
1/4 oz. Glenmorangie 10-yr.
3/4 oz. Earl Grey syrup
(Option: white tea)
1/2 oz. Lavender tea
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail
shaker with ice, and strain into a
Champagne flute. Top with Moët.
